Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Sales Manager will play a central role in driving revenue growth and expansion for the company. The core responsibilities are comprehensive and will require a blend of strategic and executional skills:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans targeting various market segments within freight (air, sea, land) and warehousing services.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
• Building Strong Business Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, shipping lines, and other logistics providers.
• Team Leadership (if applicable): Guide and train sales representatives or the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local and international market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities for the company.

• Leadership & Management Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Analytical & Commercial Skills: Deep understanding of margins and cost structures in the logistics industry, with the ability to prepare competitive and profitable quotations.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential, with superior persuasion and deal-closing abilities for complex contracts.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and sales CRM systems.
• Personality: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and flexible to travel within the Kingdom as required.
