Job Overview

Deloitte, one of the world's largest professional services firms, is seeking a highly experienced professional for a Senior Manager - FSI Finance Transformation position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role is designed for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in financial transformation within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), possessing strategic vision and the ability to lead complex transformational projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in the FSI Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Finance Transformation Projects: Designing and implementing financial transformation strategies for clients in the financial services sector (banks, insurance companies, capital markets).
• Team Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Developing digital transformation roadmaps for finance functions, including the adoption of modern technologies such as automation and AI.
• Process Analysis: Assessing current financial processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients, providing strategic advice.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in finance transformation, with a clear focus on the financial services sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Professional Certifications: CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
• Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a Big 4 consulting firm is a significant advantage.
• Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting operations within financial institutions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial analysis tools.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
