Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Proposal Engineer will be the primary lead responsible for managing and developing complex project proposals from inception to final submission. The core duties of this role include:

• Leading the Proposal Process: Overseeing the end-to-end proposal development process for engineering projects, from the receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to the final submission.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Acting as the central coordinator between engineering, sales, procurement, finance, and planning departments to ensure all required inputs are gathered and integrated on schedule.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field) from an accredited university. A Master's degree may be an added advantage.
