Qualifications and Requirements

This role is aimed at professionals with extensive experience and strategic vision. The expected qualifications include:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the training and development field, with proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role as a "Training Manager" or similar position. Experience in a Saudi or Gulf work environment is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of adult learning theories (Andragogy), evaluation methodologies, and project management. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-authoring tools.
  • Personal & Leadership Skills:
    • High-level communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships across all management levels.
    • Strong analytical skills for impact measurement and data-driven decision making.
    • Ability to innovate and design training solutions that address organizational challenges.
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
