  • Proven work experience of at least 2 to 3 years in logistics or shipping sales, with practical knowledge of the NVOCC sector.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, required documentation, and trade terms (e.g., INCOterms).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust.
  • A proactive, driven, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively within a team.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
